Why our matcha is different
Most matcha served in London cafes is culinary-grade — fine for baking but bitter and flat when drunk straight. We only use ceremonial-grade matcha, which means the leaves are shade-grown for weeks before harvest, hand-picked, and stone-milled into a fine powder.
The result is a cup that's naturally sweet, deeply savoury, and impossibly smooth. No sugar needed.
