We rotate our coffee beans to showcase the best independent roasters in the UK and occasionally outside the UK. Every few months, a new single-origin or seasonal blend lands on our bar — keeping things fresh for regulars and giving small roasters the spotlight they deserve.


How it works
We partner directly with independent London roasters — from established names to up-and-coming micro-roasteries. Each rotation brings a different origin, process, and flavour profile, so there's always something new to discover.
Our baristas dial in every new bean to bring out its best, whether that's a bright Ethiopian natural, a chocolatey Colombian washed, or a bold Brazilian pulped natural.
